PAYMENT POLICY

MP Studio supports various payment methods suitable for different types of orders.

1. Cash Payment

Customers may pay in cash under the following circumstances:

• At the store.

• Upon delivery, if this option has been confirmed.

• After the order has been completed, if agreed upon by both parties.

After completing the transfer, customers are advised to keep the receipt or a screenshot of the transaction confirmation for reconciliation purposes.

2.2. International Payments

Customers may make international payments through the PayPal account managed by MP Studio:

3. Deposit Policy

For high-value orders or orders involving special requirements, such as:

• Products requiring manufacturing or processing time.

• Orders containing multiple products.

• Custom-made models.

• Design services.

• Manufacturing or fabrication services.

• Construction and installation services.

• Orders requiring long-distance shipping.

The company may require customers to pay a deposit.

The deposit percentage, payment schedule, and outstanding balance will be clearly specified in one of the following:

• Quotation.

• Order form.

• Contract.

• Or other written confirmation agreed upon by both parties.

4. Payment Confirmation

After making a payment, customers are advised to retain the following documents:

• Payment receipt.

• Bank transfer confirmation.

• Transaction screenshot.

• Relevant invoices or supporting documents.

5. Payment Security

MP Studio will never ask customers to provide:

• OTP codes.

• Bank account passwords.

• PINs.

Customers should only make payments using information verified through MP Studio's official communication channels.
