CONDITIONS OR RESTRICTIONS ON THE SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES

1. Product Supply Conditions

The supply of goods is subject to the following factors:

• Stock availability.

• The actual condition of the product.

• Product sourcing availability.

• Manufacturing capabilities.

• Delivery area.

• Shipping conditions.

• Site conditions.

• Installation requirements.

• Agreements between MP Studio and the customer.

2. Conditions for Custom-Made Products

For custom-made products, customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:

• Concept and ideas.

• Requirements and specifications.

• Quantity.

• Timeline.

• Budget and pricing requirements.

• Other factors that may affect the design, fabrication, and manufacturing process.

If the actual conditions differ from the information initially provided by the customer, the costs or timeline may be adjusted upon mutual agreement between both parties.

3. Restrictions on Service Coverage

MP Studio provides products and delivery services within the scope of its transportation capabilities at any given time.

Certain remote areas or locations with special transportation requirements may:

• Incur additional costs.

• Require additional delivery time.

• Or be ineligible for certain services.

4. Service Provision Conditions

Services such as:

• 2D/3D design.

• Fabrication.

• Sample painting.

• Repair services.

• Warranty services.

will be carried out based on the following factors:

• On-site assessment.

• Scope of work.

• Workload and project volume.

• Technical requirements.

• Project timeline.

• Quotation mutually agreed upon by both parties.

5. Circumstances Under Which Supply May Be Refused

MP Studio reserves the right to refuse to supply goods or services under the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock.

• Shipping or transportation requirements cannot be met.

• The customer's requirements are technically infeasible.

• The transaction shows signs of fraud.

• The transaction violates applicable laws.

• Both parties cannot reach an agreement on the supply conditions.

6. Changes to or Discontinuation of Supply

If MP Studio is unable to fulfill an order after it has been accepted, the company will contact the customer to:

• Adjust the delivery or completion schedule.

• Propose an alternative product.

• Modify the supply or fulfillment arrangements.

• Or issue a refund if both parties agree to terminate the transaction.
